Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) patients accepting general anesthesia for Posterior Lumbar Interbody Fusion surgery; (2) patients accepting general anesthesia for Anterior Cervical Discectomy and Fusion surgery; (3) ASAI-II, aged 40 to 60 years old, male or female, body mass index 18 to 30kg/m2.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) patients with long-term application of narcotic analgesics or sedatives; (2) patients with history of the central nervous system or respiratory system disease; (3) patients with serious heart,lung, liver and kidney disease; (4) patients with history of malignant hyperthermia; (5) patients with serious psychiatric history or refused to sign informed consent.
