30 Years to 70 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Type 2 Diabetes; 2. UACR>300mg/g; 3. Hypoglycemic treatment regimen includes 1 of 2: (1) Insulin secretagogue monotherapy or combined therapy with oral hypoglycemic agents; (2) Basal insulin treatment; 4. SCr<178 umol/L; 5. Aged 30-70 years, male or female; 6. Agree to participate in the trial.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Urinary ketosis; (2) Newly diagnosed or unstable cardiopathy; (3) Severe diabetic complications; (4) Other endocrine diseases; (5) Hypertensive patients with poor blood pressure control; (6) Urinary tract infection, neurological cystitis, bowel dysfunction; (7) Acute or chronic hepatobiliary disease, liver dysfunction; (8) Using drugs that significantly affects glucose metabolism or renal function; (9) Sulfonylurea allergy or allergies; (10) Mental disorders or other diseases can not cooperate; (11) Pregnant or lactating; (12) Participated in other drug clinical trials in 3 months; (13) Specific reasons, like alcoholism or drug abuse.
