Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Right sided congenital heart malformation, already diagnosed and suitable for surgery, including tetralogy of Fallot, pulmonary atresia with ventricular septal defect and double outlet of right ventricle; 2. Aged 0-3 years old male and female; 3. Willing to sign the informed consent and complete the follow-up.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Congital heart disease with other major malformation; 2. With history of cardiac surgery; 3. Emergency operation; 4. Patients who deny the informed consent, surgery or follow-up.
