Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Chronic constipation patients for colonoscopy, agree to join this study and sign the consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. history of colorectal surgery or enterstomy; 2. severe colonic stricture or obstructing tumour; 3. known or suspected bowel obstruction or perforation; 4. disturbance of consciousness or mental illness; 5. acute cerebrovascular/cardiovascular disease; 6. uncontrolled hypertension; 7. severe congestive heart failure; 8. pregnancy or lactation.
