18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients will be included if they have all the following: 1. Meet UKPDBB criteria; 2. Aged 18 to 80 years (inclusive); 3. Stable treatment with levodopa, alone or in combination with other antiparkinsonian drugs over the last 2 months.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients will be excluded if they have one or more of the following: 1. Atypical or secondary Parkinsonism; 2. Use of antidepressants during the preceding month; 3. History of psychosis; 4. Suicide attempts during the preceding 12 months; 5. Severe diseases (i.e. cancer and acute present asthma); 6. Participating in other behavioural or pharmacological studies; 7. Pregnancy or are breast feeding; 8. underwent surgery in within 2 months or have a scheduled operation within the period of study.
