60 Years to 90 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Over 65 years old and sex unlimited; 2. Non-Neurosurgery general anesthesia operative patients; 3. Patients who agree to join in this trail; 4. ASA grade I-II; 5. Sign the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Allergic to the statin and dexamethasone or its ingredients; 2. Abnormal liver function; Uncontrolled hepatitis and other liver diseases, as well as suffering from other disease may interfere the study; 3. Neurosurgery operation or had history of central nervous system disease(like TBI, stroke and brain tumour); 4. taking statins drugs within 4 weeks; 5. Who was enrolled in other trials simultaneously within 4 weeks; 6. Refuse to participate and can not finish the protocol in the study; 7. For other exclusion reasons diagnosed by researchers.
