Group 1:Tenofovir

Group 2:Tenofovir, Stopped at post-partum week 4

Group 3:Tenofovir, Stopped at post-partum week 12

18 Years to 35 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant womon; 2. Aged 18-35 years; 3. Diagnosed with HBeAg positive chronic hepatitis B virus infection.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Coinfected with HCV and/or HIV; 2. Including comorbidities of AIH or other autoimmune disorders; 3. Including comorbidities of severe cardiovascular disorders (such as hypertension before inclusion, et al); 4. Including comorbidities of alcoholic liver diseases or alcohol abuse; 5. Including comorbidity of DILI; 6. Including comorbidity of organ failure(s) of other chronic disorder(s).
