75 Years to 150 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. aged 75 and older; 2. patients needed anticoagulation therapy in Shanghai Xinhua Hospital, including patients with atrial fibrillation, pulmonary embolism, deep vein thrombosis, high risk of venous thrombosis; 3. voluntarily participated in the study and signed the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. patients with contraindication of anticoagulation; 2. participation in other clinical study.
