Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Conform to the various cerebrovascular disease diagnosis of "stroke" made by Chinese medical association in 1995 the fourth national conference on stroke, and diagnosed by head CT or MRI examination; (2) Admissed within 3 days after the initial stroke and the patient was hospitalized with stable condition,SDNN<50ms; (3) Voluntary participation in this research project.

Exclusion criteria: Refusing to participate in the project.
