22 Years to 45 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. organoleptic test score =2; 2. oral cavity VSC breath scores =150ppb as measured by a Halimeter (Interscan Corp., Chatsworth, CA, USA); 3. area and thickness of tongue coating =2; 4. absence of any tongue cleaning habit; 5. probing depth (PD) =4mm, bleeding index (BI) =2, percentage of sites with bleeding on probing (BOP) =25%; 6. absence of dental caries, poor restorations and impacted wisdom teeth; 7. no smoking; 8. good general health and without systemic illness; 9. no use of antibiotics for the past 3 months.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. severe Chronic Periodontitis or Aggressive Periodontitis; 2. Suffering from systemic diseases, such as cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, lung disease, liver disease or diabetes; 3. Received antibiotic treatment within three months; 4. Smoking; 5. Pregnancy or lactation; 6. Disagreed to participate in the trial.
