35 Years to 85 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. First diagnosed as cerebral infarction according to 2010 Chinese guidelines for management of patients with acute ischemic stroke after treatment and in a stable condition or with the history of ischemic stroke without neurological disability; 2. To be aged between 35 to 85 years old, male or female; 3. Duty infarction focus on unilateral cerebral white matter confirmed by head CT or MRI; 4. Onset of disease within 14 days, with unilateral limb movement functional disability, right-handed by standardized testing; 5. NIHSS score assessment from 2 to 20 before recruitment, paralyzed limb muscle strength grading from 1 to 4 before recruitment without formal rehabilitation treatment; 6. Sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. GSC score was under 15, confirmed dementia by MMSE assessment, with mental disorders and cannot cooperate with examination and treatment; 2. With neurological disability was not induced by cerebral infarction or with neurological disability induced by historical cerebral infarction; 3. Combined with malignant tumor, severe primary disease of heart, liver, kidney and hematological system; 4. With cognitive disorder, history of psychosis, substance abuse, history of alcoholism; 5. with skin infections and burst in antebrachium and crus; 6. With metal implant such as cardiac Pacemaker, metal stent, steel plate; 7. With gestation or lactation period or fertility plan; 8. Engaged in music playing or keyboard professionals for a long time before the stroke. 9. With claustrophobia. 10. Unable to complete the basic course of treatment, with poor treatment re adherence or unable to follow-up
