Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. scheduled for spine surgery in prone position under general anesthesia; 2. over 18 years old; 3. obtained consent; 4. ASA physical status 1-3.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Refused to write consent; 2. received general anesthesia or ventilation within 2 weeks; 3. BMI>35; 4. neuromuscular disease; 5. severe pulmonary dysfunction; 6. used immunosuppressants or glucocorticoids.
