Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. patients aging 18-70 years old, udergoing laparoscopic gynecological malignancy radical surgery; 2. patients with ASA ranging from grade I to grade II.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. patient with opioid allergy; 2. patient with preoperative liver dysfunction (ALT> 66U/L or AST> 36U/L); 3. patient with preoperative renal dysfunction (creatinine> 106umol/L or urea nitrogen> 6.1mmol/L); 4. patient with abnormal history of abnormal anesthesia; 5. patient with esophageal reflux disease; 6. patient who used sedatives or antiemetic medicine in 24 hours; 7. Shock patient; 8. patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD); 9. patient who can not understand the visual fuzzy score (VAS); 10. patient who can not understand how to use intravenous controlled analgesia (PCA); 11. patients refusing to participate in this study.
