Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with cerebrovascular disease less than 1 months; the first stroke; and the motor function of upper limb was in stage Brunnstrom, stage I, stage IV; MMSE score >21.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: The visual impairment, such as hemianopia; spastic state of the upper extremity score (the modified Ashworth scale) is not less than 2; the pain score (visual analogue, scale, VAS) score more than 4; the depression and anxiety; the suffering from severe hypertension or heart and lung and other systemic diseases.
