20 Years to 40 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. women aged 20-40 years old; 2. women with the body mass index =25kg/m2; 3. women who undergo cycle of IVF or ICSI.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. women who had failed in 3 or more IVF cycles; 2. women diagnosed with uterine malformation or abnormality by ultrasound or severe intrauterine adhesion by hysteroscope; 3. women with abnormal liver or renal function; 4. women who is allergic to orlistat; 5. women who had chronic malabsorption syndrome or intrahepatic cholestasis; 6. women who had organic obesity (e.g., hypothyroidism).
