18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. patients with normal liver function; aged 18-70; both male and female; abdominal surgery;voluntarily signed the consent form and participate in the study informed consent; 2. hepatocirrhosis patients with Child-Pugh A; aged 18-70; both male and female;abdominal surgery; voluntarily signed the consent form and participate in the study informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe heart pulmonary or renal diseases pre-operation.Including cardiac failure, severe cardiac arrhythmia affecting circulation, severe COPD; 2. A previous history of alcohol abuse, substance abuse and surgical anesthesia; 3. psychotic patients; 4. Participating in other clinical trials; 5. Patient with other reasons do not fit the clinical trial.
