Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with myocardial infarction; 2. meet the diagnostic criteria of intermingled phlegm and blood stasis syndrome according to the criteria for CM syndrome differentiation, 3. aged 30 to 80 years; 4. Treated with Tongguan Capsule for at least 6 months

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Serious impairment of renal function (serum creatinine>220 or 175umol/L), including patients on chronic hemodyalisis 2. Severe hepatic disease (ALT/AST>3 normal limit ) 3. Severe valvular heart disease 4. malignant tumors 5. Severe psychosis 6. Severe bleeding disorder 7. Pregnant women, lactation and planning of women patients
