18 Years to 59 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) aged 18-59 years; 2) history of recurrent aphthous ulceration longer than 6 months and intermission less than 2days,duration less than 3 days; 3) negative reaction to pregnancy test in women with no reproductive plans or menopause; 4) men with no reproductive plans for at least 3 months; 5) no abnormal with vital signs, routine physical examination and neurofunctional tests.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) pregnancy, intention of pregnancy, lactation; (2) people with peripheral neuropathy; (3) presence of severe oral mucosal diseases; (4) history of allergies to thalidomide and prednisone or a known history of serious drug hypersensitivity; (5) presence of severe systemic diseases; (6) use of systemic corticosteroids for the treatment of any diseases within 1 month or drugs that affect immune function within 3 months before study entry; (7) addiction to smoking and alcohol; (8) participation in any other clinical trials in the 3 months before enrollment in this study; (9) people do not follow the doctor's advice or be on time.
