Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Aged 65-85 years old (including 65 years old, 85 years old); (2) American Society of Anesthesia (ASA) grades I, II, III; (3) Elective transurethral urethral surgery and postoperative indwelling catheter;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Bladder outflow tract obstruction; (2) Over-activity of the bladder (frequency is greater than 3 times per time or more than 8 times per hour); (3) Preoperative severe liver, kidney, heart, brain and other vital organs; (4) Sinus heart rate is too slow (heart rate less than 55 times / min); (5) Allergic to test drugs; (6) Previous history of mental illness, patients with neurological diseases; (7) Previous history of drug addiction on analgesic, anesthetic drugs are dependent or allergic to patients; (8) Can not cooperate for various reasons; (9) Refused to test.
