18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. aged 18 to 45 years; 2. Without a history of open urethral surgery; 3. The patient/family members informed and sign the informed consent;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. with a history of severe hypertension; 2. with a history of diabetes; 3. with a history of the blood coagulation dysfunction or anticoagulant drugs; 4. with liver or kidney dysfunction; 5. Patients who can not cooperate with treatment; 6. mental disorder or nerve dysfunction.
