28 Years to 69 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. new diagnostic T2DM (WHO 1999 standard); 2. aged 25-70 years old; 3. FPG> 11.1mmol/L or glycosylated hemoglobin (HbA1c)> 9%; 4. never received hypoglycemic drug therapy.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. type 1 or other types of diabetes; 2. acute diabetic complications (including diabetic ketoacidosis, hypertonic status of diabetes); 3. liver and kidney dysfunction or cardiopulmonary dysfunction history (ALT 2.5 times; serum creatinine concentration over the reference Range; NYHA cardiac function grade 3 or above); 4. acute infection, malignancy, pregnancy or within six months of planned pregnancy; 5. have any hypoglycemic or insulin treatment history; 6. Researchers determine poor compliance and are not suitable for participants.
