Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients aged 18-70 years who are eligible for coronary artery bypass grafting (CABG) and / or cardiac valve replacement surgery and who have planned thoracotomy
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) pregnant women; 2) participated in other clinical or clinical rehabilitation trials a month ago; 3) there are other causes of serious physical activity other than coronary heart disease; 4) with uncontrolled tachycardia (quiet heart rate was 120 beats per minute); 5) with uncontrolled shortness of breath (quiet breathing rate > 30 beats per minute); 6) have not control respiratory failure [oxygen saturation (SPO2) = 90%]; 7) Uncontrolled hypertension [pre exercise systolic blood pressure (SBP) > 180mmHg or diastolic blood pressure (DBP) > 110mmHg; 8) there is uncontrolled malignant arrhythmia which leads to hemodynamic instability; 9) confirmed or suspected pseudoaneurysm, arterial dissection; 10) uncontrolled septic shock and sepsis; 11) severe valvular disease before operation or acute heart failure in patients with heart failure; 12) combined with clinicians who believe that exercise can lead to deterioration of the nervous system, motor system disease or rheumatic disease; 13) the installation of artificial pacemaker; 14) patients unwilling to cooperate.
