14 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 14~60 years old male or femal; 2. Idiopathic aplastic anemia, meet the diagnostic criteria for TD-NSAA; 3. Newly diagnosed with AA, and history was less than three months; 4. untreated or treated with CSA or androgen less than four weeks; 5. Childbearing age women need contraception during treatment and six month after treatment; 6. The pregnancy test negetive within 14 days; 7. Signing informed consen.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. AA with clonal abnormality of chromosome; 2. AA with hemolytic PNH; 3. History of malignant tumor; 4. HIV or HBV or HCV positve; 5. History of tuberculosis infection; 6. Hypertension and diabetes need to be controlled with drugs; 7. Abnormal liver and kidney and heart function; 8. Mental disorders; 9. Women in gestational and lactational period; 10. Patients with poor compliance;
