Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Diagnosis of probable Alzheimer's disease (NIA-AA criteria); 2. Mini-Mental State Examination (MMSE) score 15-24; 3. aged=80 years; 4. The patient and the guardian who knows the patient well and is willing to accompany the subject to all trial visits informed and signed the subject consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Vascular dementia, physical and chemical factors and intracranial space-occupying lesions or endocrine system lesions caused by dementia; 2. Severe cardiovascular, pulmonary, liver, kidney and hematopoietic diseases and other diseases Epilepsy; 3. Long-term alcohol, drug abuse, abuse Psychiatric drugs can not be due to the proper evaluation of cognitive function; 4. Critically ill, difficult to make effective evaluation of the effectiveness and safety of new drugs 3 months within the clinical trial or ongoing clinical trials; 5. The patient who allergic to plasma.
