Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. aged 18-55 years; 2. meet the diagnostic criteria of uremia, and dialysis treatment time more than 3 months; 3. blood IPTH> 300pg/ml, P> 1.78mmol/L; 4. signed informed consent, Voluntarily cooperate with all research steps.

Exclusion criteria
