40 Years to 90 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. AECOPD; 2. Aged>40 years old; 3. Smoking history>10 pack/year.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. extreme serious AECOPDpH70mmHg; 2. Mechanical ventilation or transfer to ICU; 3. A History of bronchial asthma; 4. Participate in other trials in the first 4 weeks of hospitalization.
