18 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Aged 18-70 yrs old, male or female; 2) Membranous nephropathy proved by renal pathology and clinical; 3) 2 times the usual dose of ACEI / ARB treatment for 3 months or more, 24h proteinuria =4g/d and serum albumia =30ml/min;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Secondary membranous nephropathy: secondary to hepatitis B or hepatitis C virus, systemic lupus erythematosus, malignant tumors, heavy metal poisoning caused by membranous nephropathy; 2) Diabetic patients; 3) Active ulcer or gastrointestinal bleeding; 4) Combined with other types of kidney disease; 5) Uncontrolled infection 6) Uncontrolled high blood pressure 7) Combined with autoimmune diseases; 8) Active malignancy; 9) Pregnancy or breastfeeding; 10) Combined with chronic liver disease, or liver enzyme more than 2 times the normal upper limit.
