Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: C-type distal radius fractures; Patients and their families agreed to participate in the experiment, and can be followed up for more than 1 year;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: nervous and vascular injuries, infection, multiple trauma, open fractures.
