non-CF bronchiectasis

Interventions

A:use of expectorants as routine treatment
B:7mg every morning for 10 days, and then stop for 20 days
repeat the treatment for 3 months and then stop for 3 months
C:long-term use of erythromycin, 125mg every day

18 Years to 85 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. History of recurrent cough, expectoration and hemoptysis; 2. Diagnosed as non-CF bronchiectasis according to HRCT and clinicians; 3. Non-smokers, aged 18 to 85 years old.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Complicated with asthma, tuberculosis, COPD and idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis; 2. History of allergy diseases; 3. History of acute or chronic cardiovascular, liver, renal or malignant tumor diseases; 4. The use of glucocorticoid within 3 months; 5. Hard to cooperation and coordination.
