18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Stage III to IV lung adenocarcinoma cancer; 2. the new onset stage III to IV lung adenocarcinoma cancer patients and opertion and chemoradiotherapy stge III to IV lung adenocarcinoma cancer; positive EGFR; 3. Aged 18 to 80 years; 4. KPS is over sixty; 5. Normal function of heart lung liver kidey bone.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The clinica tumor is unmearsurable; 2. the patient is treated by erlotinib.
