Age

10 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? Symptoms of shoulder pain; obvious pain at night; ? Signs of active and passive activities of the pain is limited; passive flexion less than 100; passive external rotation is less than 30; passive rotation is lower than L5; ? Check X-ray examination is normal.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Rotten cuffs; 2. Have the same shoulder trauma or surgery history; 3. Within three months of the same shoulder line of steroids or botulinum toxin injectors; 4. Combined with cardiovascular, liver, kidney and hematopoietic system and other serious primary disease and mental illness; 5. Application of anticoagulant drugs; 6. Pregnant or lactating women.
