65 Years to 85 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Adults aged 65 years and more; 2. intertrochanteric fracture; 3. Patients treated surgically with PFNA.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Open fracture; (2) Combined with other fractures; (3) Preoperative hemoglobin less than 10g/L, the platelet count is less than 100 * 10^9/L; (4) History of DVT or pulmonary embolus; (5) Use of any anticoagulant at the time of admission; (6) Abnormal blood coagulation before surgery, serious liver/renal dysfunction; (7) Documented allergy to TXA; (8) Complicated with mental disorders unable to cooperate with the treatment.
