Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. women aged 20–48 years, Previous menstrual regularity, body mass index (BMI) 20 ~ 28kg / m2; the basis of sex hormone levels (FSH, LH, E2, T, PRL, etc.) are in the normal range; 2. inadequate thin endometrium (<=7mm) at the first day of progesterone administration of frozen-thawed embryo transfer cycle, 3. the lack of contraindications for G-CSF treatment(sickle cell disease, chronic neutropenia, known past or present malignancy, renal insufficiency, upper respiratory infection, pneumonia, and congenital fructose intolerance); 4. personal agreement for such still experimental therapy; 5. there are at least two good quality embryos in our center.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Those with BMI>28 kg/m2 or <20 kg/m2, a history of endocrine disorders, systemic diseases, endometriosis, a congenital or acquired uterine anomaly, severe intrauterine adhesions or uterine malformation or endometrial disease history.
