Interventions

Dex group:Dexmedetomidine 0.5 ug/kg was intravenously infused over 10 minutes before anesthesia induction, followed by a rate of 0.5 ug/kg/h until peritoneal closure
Con group:Volume-matched normal saline

40 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ASA I or II, aged =70 year.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: BMI=28 kg/m2, preoperative coagulation disorder, abnormal platelet count, hepatic and renal insufficiency, any kind of preoperative medication that interfere with coagulation, heart disorder and preoperative blood transfusion.
