Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Accord with the diagnostic criteria for acute ischemic stroke in 2014; (2) N1HSS score more than 3 less than 10; (3) Hachinski ischemia scale score more than 4; (4) MMSE score more than 11 less than 26, in accordance with mild or moderate diagnosis of cognition impairment; (5) Aged between 35 to 75 years, men and women; (6) The patients are voluntary to participate in clinical trial and signed the informed consent; (7) There is certain cultural degree;Could read simple articles and write simple sentences.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Recovery and sequelae period of cerebral infarction ,transient ischemic attack (TIA); (2) Cerebral hemorrhage or subarachnoid hemorrhage; (3) Primary dementia, early manifestations of memory impairment, progressive increase, accompanied by other cognitive impairment such as aphasia, loss, loss, and lack of relevant brain imaging examination of focal damage; (4) Confirmed by the brain tumor, brain trauma, blood disease caused by stroke patients; (5) due to rheumatic heart disease, coronary heart disease and other heart disease with atrial fibrillation, causing cerebral embolism; (6) Bone and joint diseases and some other serious diseases which were associated with liver, kidney, hematopoietic system and endocrine system etc; (7) Mental disorders or severe dementia; (8) Patients can not be performed with MRI which has accepted pacemaker surgery, coronary intervention surgery or coronary artery bypass surgery; (9) Allergy to drug used in this trial; (10) Participate in other clinic drug trials.
