Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Aged 18-70years; ASA I-II; Dignosed liver cancer with CT; Child-Pugh A;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Severe liver or renal insufficency; cardiovascular disease; allergy to any of the drugs like midazolam, opiods and dexmedetomidine; sedative and analgesic drugs abuse; with a history of asthma; comminication difficulties.
