18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients qualified for VATS, aged 20-70 years, of both genders, ASA I-III.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Severe obesity (body mass index >35 kg/m2),the use of nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs,with chronic pain,inability to provide informed consent,and medical containdication for thoracic epidural analgesia.
