Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Preoperative assessment of pulmonary lesions can be performed by wedge resection; 2. The diameter of excision of lesions of pleura and mediastinum was less than 5cm; 3. Bullae of lung are less than three or three clusters; 4. Did not involve other important organs in the chest, the main operating time is less than 3h; 5. The operation wound was small, and there was no active bleeding during operation. The amount of intraoperative bleeding was less than 100ml; 6. Parenchymal lesion diameter less than 3cm, lung lesions confined to the same lung lobe.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. With other lung diseases or extensive lesions; 2. Simultaneous bilateral resection; 3. Extensive pleural adhesions; 4. Malignant metastasis of pleura and mediastinum; 5. Not suitable for inclusion after the researchers evaluated.
