18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: type 2 diabetes mellitus, aged 18–75 years, at least 3 months with insulin treatment, HbA1c=7.5% in the past three months.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: current psychiatric disease, dementia or severe cognitive impairment, severe diabetes complications (e.g. terminal renal disease), those who pregnant or prepare pregnant.
