anticoagulant group:intravenous injection of 3,000 U of heparin immediately after the sheath puncture, and was followed by an additional 1,000 U of heparin for the subsequent each hour.
non-anticoagulant group:not given heparin injection

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: with paroxysmal supraventricular tachycardia (including atrioventricular nodal reentrant tachycardia, atrioventricular reentrant tachycardia, and focal atrial tachycardia) required only endovenous RFCA.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: patients with bleeding disorders in which anticoagulant therapy could not be tolerated, patients with thrombosis prior to the surgery, patients with significantly unusual liver and kidney functions, and patients with severe cardiopulmonary dysfunction.
