Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18-80 years; 2. Acute coronary syndrome(STMEI/NSTEMI/UAP); 3. Tolerance to atorvastatin therapy; 4. Vulnerable plaque without immediate intervention by optical coherence tomography.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe hepatic and renal insufficiency; 2. Severe systemic disease; 3. Taking other statins or lipid-lowering drugs.
