Age

45 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. aged between 45-65 years; 2. no history of statin therapy; 3. the medium or high risk for hypertensive stratification; 4. Newly diagnosed hypertension or high blood pressure control in the 140/90 mmHg for hypertensive patients.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. diagnosis of Diabetes mellitus, stroke, ischaemic heart disease, collagen disease; 2. have eye lesions such as retinal vein occlusion, age-related macular degeneration, diseases such as senile cataracts affecting imaging; 3. refractory hypertension
