Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Type2 diabetes: diagnostic criteria for 1999 WHO diabetes diagnostic criteria 2. overweight and obese BMI=24.0kg/m2. 3. aged 18-65 years old; 4. glycosylated hemoglobin: 7.0%<HbA1c <9.0%; 5. no complications: diabetic retinopathy, nephropathy and neuropathy.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: In any of the following circumstances, exclusion. (1) hyperthyroidism; (2) patients with short life expectancy, such as malignant tumors; (3) severe complications of diabetes mellitus; (4) all kinds of serious chronic diseases or hepatic and renal insufficiency; (5) the patients with poor compliance (not to ensure the completion of the 24 week intervention and during the follow-up visit); (6) patients with insulin or insulin; (7) systemic corticosteroids or diet pills; (8) acute diabetic complications, such as infection; (9) other endocrine diseases; (10) the episode of acute pancreatitis, pancreatic cancer, multiple endocrine neoplasia type 2 syndrome, or medullary thyroid carcinoma; (11) inflammatory bowel disease or diabetic gastroparesis. (12) organ transplants or major surgery, trauma, etc in February. (13) the exenatide allergic patients
