Experimental group:the treatment of pirfenidone

18 Years to 80 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Male or female without pregnancy, aged 18 to 80 years old; 2. interstitial pneumonia with autoimmune features (IPAF) patients diagnosed according to the 2015 ERS/ATS statement; 3. Have good compliance, willing to take drugs in accordance with the program and follow-up with the schedule; 4. Patients were fully informed of the purpose method and possible discomfort of the test, agree and signed in consent; 5. The researchers evaluated and approve the patients to enroll this study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who was allergy to pirfenidone capsules; 2. patient with lung infections need antibiotic treatment; 3. Having malignant tumor; 4. Having serious diseases in other system and organ dysfunction; 5. Pregnancy, breast-feeding women; 6. Patients with mental disorders; 7. The researchers found that the subjects had poor compliance; 8. There is any unsuitable situation for those selected.
