Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 3 ~ 12 years old; 2. fully comply with the American psychiatric association, compiled the fourth edition of the diagnostic and statistical manual of mental disorders (dsm-iv) of children with autism in the diagnostic criteria of autism 3. children with autism behavior checklist (ABC) score= 53 points; 4. children with autism rating scale (CARS) score =30 points; 5. children and guardian informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Do not conform to the American psychiatric association, compiled the fourth edition of the diagnostic and statistical manual of mental disorders (dsm-iv) of children with autism in the diagnostic criteria of autism; 2. Children with autism behavior checklist (ABC) score < 53 points; 3. Children with autism rating scale (CARS) score < 30 points; 4. Mental retardation, Asperger syndrome, children schizophrenia, selective mutism, specific and receptive language disorder, obsessive-compulsive disorder, Heller syndrome and other broad developmental disorders, etc.; 5. There are other major viscera disease or a history of chronic disease.
