Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18-75 years old; 2. Diagnosis of PA-HSOS meeting the following criteria,patients with a history of taking containing pyrrolidine alkaloid plants, presence of article 3 in article 5: (1) abdominal distension and ascites, pain of liver area; (2) serum total bilirubin > 17.1 mu mol/L; (3) Peripheral blood can detect pyrrole Protein and content; (4) Typical manifestation in ultrasound and CT (portal vein blood flow velocity < 25 cm/s or CT phase equilibrium "spotted" uneven reinforcement.); (5) Liver biopsy pathology lesions in liver acinus III zone of small blood vessels vasodilatation and hepatic sinus congestion; 3. Agreed and signed informed consent before participating in the study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Failure to control acute hemorrhage; 2. Because of other illnessespatients must use thrombolysis, antiplatelet or other anticoagulant drugs; 3. Patients with serious heart, lung, liver and renal insufficiency, hemodynamic instability need vasoactive agent to maintain or the blood system diseases with he bleeding tendency; 4. Contraindications. toanticoagulant therapy ;5.There are other causes of liver disease;6.participating in other clinical subjects at the same time.
