18 Years to 69 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. people muscle pain symptoms lasting for for = 3 months; 2. VAS scores =3; 3. Aged between 18 and 69 years old; 4. People can continue to live in Shanhai during the wholes study period; 5. Sufficient fluency in listening, speaking, reading reading and writing Chinese; 6. Participating voluntarily in this trial and signing informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Scheduled procedures during the study; 2. Patients withsevere systemic diseases, like mental diseases, primary cardiovascular dieases, liver or kidney diseases; 3. Pregnant, breastfeeding or planning to become pregnant woman; 4. Chronic muscle pain patients casusing by tumor,cyst or tuberculosis.
