Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age>=65 years, selective pulmonary lobectomy

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: severe valvular heart disease, ischamic heart disease, congestive heart failure, cardiac arrhythmias, liver and kidney dysfunction, cerabrovascular diseases within 6 months or with neurological sequelae, diabetes with perapheral vascular complications, blood creatinine >2.0mg/dl
