Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The first affiliated hospital of Wenzhou Medical university, 24 patients with elective upper limb surgery, ASA grade I-II level, male and female, aged from 18 to 65 years old, weighing from 45 to 85 kg.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) severe bradycardia (heart rate <50 /min); 2) decompensated acute circulatory failure (mean arterial pressure <55mmHg); 3) II-III degree atrioventricular block; 4) serious systemic diseases such as hypertension, coronary heart disease, diabetes, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and heart disease, renal insufficiency patients; 5) preoperative use of alpha 2 agonists and antagonists (such as clonidine) and cardiovascular drugs; 6) of Dex or its accessories allergy; 7) pregnancy Pregnancy and lactating women; 8) any other clinical trials in baseline within 3 months; 9) the researchers estimate should not be included.
