Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) Aged 20-45 years old female patients; 2) Meet the diagnostic criteria for infertility, and indications for IVF treatment, Patients and their families agree; 3) To meet the diagnostic criteria of ovarian reserve; 4) Patients who were willing to sign informed consent and agreed to be followed up.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Endometriosis, polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS), hyperprolactinemia, hypothyroidism, adrenal gland dysfunction and other endocrine diseases in Kaohsiung; 2) Ovarian reserve decreased after ovariectomy or chemotherapy for malignant tumor; 3) Patients who had undergone IVF cycles of over 3 cycles and failed; 4) Combined with serious diseases such as internal medicine, surgery and psychiatry; 5) Known to be allergic to drugs in the study; 6) The defects of the enzyme such as galactose and mucopolysaccharide disease and infertility caused by genetic factors.
